No cash/credit card refunds unless the item is defective and we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the product. Due to the fast moving pace of inventory we cannot guarantee exchange of the same item you are returning. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn, unwashed, smoke free & pet hair free condition with original tags attached. Original and return shipping frees are non refundable and the responsibility of the customer. The Jypsy Willow is NOT responsible for returns lost in the mail. Please understand that any items that do not follow our strict policy will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return item we will check to make sure it is in line with our return policy and we will process your store credit within 3-4 business days. You will receive your store credit code via email when your return is processed.
